I recently had the experience of, firstly a massage and then a Reiki session. I cant say how relaxing the massage was. Jeanette was very professional with her presentation and approach and the massage was calming and relaxing. The Reiki then followed. I have not had Reiki before. I experienced a huge release of built up emotion but felt totally calm and almost had a floating feeling as if I had a huge weight released from me. It was a very calming session with nothing but a successful result . I would absolutely recommend both massage and Reiki at Harmonise Me.

Jeanette was my first experience with Reiki healing and was wonderful. I wasn't sure what to expect, but started with an open mind. Jeanette was informative and caring, walking me through the process to put me at ease. The treatment was very relaxing and intriguing. Highly recommend Jeanette!

Wow! I went to see Jeanette after I had been suffering with plantar fasciitis for about 6months and not seeing any improvement. I was running prior to becoming injured and was missing this as it was my stress release. I also figured the inability to see any improvement might be tied to some of emotional pain. I was drowning in emotion and felt hugely overwhelmed. My first session was a combination of reiki and theta healing which revealed some deep feelings I had been holding onto. I have had a number of sessions with Jeanette since then, dealing with a variety of issues. After each session I am feeling more confident and capable. I can’t thank Jeanette enough for the progress we have made. I know we have more to go and can’t wait for the end result. I know it’s going to be awesome!! . I’m feeling so much better in myself.

Redoing my Reiki initiations and training with Jeanette was truly transformative. Her kindness, compassion, and intuition created a nurturing space for healing. Through her guidance, I was able to reframe issues and beliefs that were hindering my progress in life and contributing to emotional blockages and physical ailments. While science and medicine are crucial, spirituality complements them in the healing process.
