Hello, I’m Jeanette. I’m a certified Usui and Angelic Reiki Master with over 30 years of experience, but the truth is I came to this work through my own healing first.
I founded Harmonise Me to walk alongside women who know something isn’t quite right yet aren’t sure where to begin.
Through a gentle fusion of Reiki and Theta Healing, I help you release what you’ve been carrying and find your way back to your truest self.
There is no rushing this, and no quick fix, only a steady, supported path back to feeling at home in yourself again.

A sense that something is wrong, and no idea which direction to walk. This is the space Harmonise Me fills. I offer a safe place to land, a gentle direction when everything feels unclear, and the first steps of a path back to feeling at home in yourself again.
There is no quick fix here, and I will never pretend otherwise. But there is light ahead, and I walk the first steps of the path with you.
